Jag tycker nästan bättre om det här surbrödet än det ljusa som jag provade först. Ett rejält surt rågbröd! Och skorpan både knastrar och smakar precis som surskorpor!
I had another sour dough recipe that Marie gave me that I also wanted to try. This is about as rustic as a bread gets - made with lots of rye flour and sour dough starter as the only rising agent. Very Finnish, very dark and very sour. The way I like it.
